Floods, earthquakes, conflict – Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) teams are there to respond when emergency strikes, whenever and wherever medical humanitarian needs arise.
The priorities after an emergency will vary, but often our action includes activities which provide access to medical care through

- Emergency distributions of relief items for hygiene and shelter
- Delivery of medical supplies, medicines and equipment
- Water and sanitation activities
- Maternal, obstetric and neonatal care
- Mental healthcare and psychosocial support services
